Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Zeus Command Inc. ("Zeus Command," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when people use our websites, documentation, beta program, product application, support channels, emails, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Zeus Command Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Our registered office and registered agent address is c/o Harvard Business Services, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. For privacy requests, email hello@zeuscommand.io with the subject line "Privacy Request." For product support, email support@zeuscommand.io.
Scope
This policy applies to public websites such as zeuscommand.io, the product app at app.zeuscommand.io, the documentation site at docs.zeuscommand.io, closed beta signup, invite, onboarding, support, product notification workflows, Zeus AI, and other product features that process workspace context.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control. If you use an external service, such as a payment checkout provider or identity provider, that service's privacy notice also applies.
Customer Workspaces And Roles
Zeus Command is built for organizations. When a company or team creates a Zeus Command workspace, that organization controls the workspace content its users enter, import, generate, or send through the product. Workspace administrators may be able to invite users, assign roles, view member information, manage records, configure notifications, and request support involving their workspace.
If your personal information appears in a Zeus Command workspace because one of our customers entered it, that customer may be the primary controller of that information. We will route requests about customer-controlled workspace content to the appropriate workspace owner when needed.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you submit directly to us, including:
- Waitlist and early access details, such as work email, first and last name, company, phone number, LinkedIn URL, job title, interest notes, source, and submission timestamp.
- Account and signup details, such as email address, password handled by Firebase Authentication, full name, organization name, invite code, join code, email verification state, role, and workspace membership.
- Profile details, such as first name, last name, job title, display name, email, organization role, workspace membership, notification preferences, and password reset or email verification requests.

- Product feedback, such as Zeus AI answer feedback, ratings, feedback text, feature requests, and support notes.
Workspace Content
Users may create, import, or generate workspace records that include personal information or business contact information. Depending on how a workspace is used, this may include:
- Tasks, projects, dependencies, subtasks, comments, attachments metadata, assignees, due dates, owners, notes, and status history.
- CRM and revenue records, such as accounts, contacts, touchpoints, deals, companies, titles, contact emails, phone numbers, pipeline values, invoices, and related notes.
- Operations records, such as orders, purchases, inventory references, suppliers, customers, quality checks, inspectors, shipment or fulfillment notes, and related operational details.
- Direct messages, group conversation threads, message text, reply references, sender IDs, timestamps, thread membership, and thread hide/delete state for the current user.
- Notifications, notification read state, notification email status, notification preferences, unsubscribe state, and related delivery metadata.
- Workspace names, organization settings, plan/entitlement state, member lists, join codes, import metadata, and local or sandbox data created by users.
Zeus AI And Automation Data
When you use Zeus AI, we process your question or prompt, relevant workspace context needed to answer the question, AI response metadata, audit records, and optional answer feedback. Relevant workspace context can include task, deal, project, invoice, quality, order, alert, owner, status, and risk summaries.
Zeus AI is not designed for secrets, credentials, raw service-account material, full database exports, unrelated tenant data, or highly sensitive personal information. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, health information, government identifiers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information unless we have expressly agreed in writing to support that use case.
Usage, Device, Diagnostic, Billing, And Payment Data
We and our service providers may collect technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, requested URL, route, date/time, standard hosting logs, product analytics events, authentication and App Check diagnostics, Firestore and Functions diagnostics, browser console/runtime diagnostics, Sentry error and replay-on-error data when configured, and PostHog product analytics data when configured.
The app redacts common sensitive values such as emails, API keys, JWTs, token-like strings, and auth query parameters before storing or reporting browser diagnostics. Sentry replay is configured to mask text and block media.
The app may display Stripe payment links for paid plans. If you open a Stripe checkout or payment page, Stripe may collect payment, billing, tax, and transaction information under its own privacy notice. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in Zeus Command.
How We Use Information
We use personal information and workspace content to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users, manage sessions, process signups, verify emails, reset passwords, enforce invite and join-code controls, and manage workspace membership.
- Store, display, search, update, and connect workspace records across work, revenue, decisions, risk, CRM, operations, notifications, and messaging.
- Provide Zeus AI answers, recommended actions, alerts, execution summaries, and related audit or safety controls.
- Send transactional and product emails, including email verification, password reset, support responses, beta updates, product notifications, and unsubscribe confirmations.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate security issues, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violations, service errors, and reliability problems.
- Monitor product usage, adoption, performance, feature quality, billing, plan access, entitlements, legal obligations, and customer communications.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information within your workspace according to product permissions, to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services, to AI providers when you use AI features, to payment providers when you use paid plan checkout or billing links, to professional advisors, to authorities or regulators when required or appropriate, in connection with corporate transactions, and with your direction, consent, or as otherwise described when information is collected.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as we understand that term. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children.
Service Providers And Subprocessors
Our current and planned service providers may include:
- Google Cloud, Firebase Hosting, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase Data Connect, Cloud Logging, and related Google services.
- OpenAI for Zeus AI responses from user questions and relevant workspace context.
- Resend for product notification email delivery and related email metadata.
- Sentry for error monitoring, diagnostics, release tracking, performance signals, and masked replay-on-error when configured.
- PostHog for product analytics, funnels, cohorts, feature usage, and related product telemetry when configured.

Zeus AI
Zeus AI is an AI assistant grounded in workspace data. When you ask Zeus AI a question, your prompt and relevant workspace context may be sent to OpenAI or another approved AI provider to generate a response. We use AI processing to provide the AI feature, generate answers, produce recommended actions, enforce safety and rate limits, monitor quality, and troubleshoot issues. The current audit logger writes an expiration timestamp designed for approximately 90 days after creation.
Zeus AI can make mistakes. Users should review AI-generated answers before relying on them for business, financial, legal, personnel, safety, or other important decisions.
Cookies, Local Storage, And Similar Technologies
The Services may use cookies, local storage, session storage, Firebase browser persistence, App Check tokens, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember app state, protect forms and callable functions from abuse, measure product usage, diagnose errors, and support analytics and reliability tooling.
Your browser may let you block or delete cookies and local storage. Some Services may not work correctly if these technologies are disabled.
Your Choices And Privacy Rights
Depending on your relationship with Zeus Command, your organization, your location, and applicable law, you may be able to update profile details in the app, manage notification preferences, use unsubscribe links in notification emails, request password reset or email verification, ask your workspace administrator to update roles or workspace records, contact us to request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, appeal, or similar rights, and opt out of non-transactional marketing messages.
To exercise privacy rights, email hello@zeuscommand.io with the subject line "Privacy Request." Include enough information for us to understand and verify the request, such as your name, email address, organization/workspace, and the right you want to exercise. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets in a privacy request.
U.S. State Privacy Notice
This section provides additional notice for residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California and Colorado, when those laws apply. In the last 12 months, we may have collected identifiers and contact information, account and workspace information, customer and business records, commercial and billing information, internet/device/diagnostic information, inferences and product usage, communications, and limited sensitive personal information such as account login credentials handled by Firebase Auth or sensitive content users choose to enter in workspace records.
We collect those categories from users, customer organizations, product systems, logs, diagnostics, service providers, and business contact information provided to us. We use those categories for the purposes described in this policy and disclose them to workspace users as directed, Google/Firebase, OpenAI for AI features, Resend, Sentry, PostHog, Stripe, support, security, hosting, legal, and professional providers as needed.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws. We do use product analytics, diagnostics, and service providers for product operation, security, support, and improvement.
Notice At Collection, Do Not Track, And Universal Opt-Out Signals
We collect the categories described in this policy for the purposes described in this policy. We retain them as described below. We provide this policy through links on our websites and product surfaces where personal information is collected.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to those signals, and our Services do not currently change behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we will honor valid opt-out preference signals for activities covered by those laws. Because we do not sell personal information or process personal information for targeted advertising, such signals do not currently change any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activity.
International Users
Zeus Command is based in the United States, and we primarily operate from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
Security
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and workspace content. Current controls include Firebase Authentication, role and membership checks, Firestore security rules, App Check where configured, security headers, audit logging, rate limits, input bounds, prompt screening, browser diagnostic redaction, source-map controls, Sentry monitoring, support/incident procedures, and environment-specific deployment controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting invite links and join codes, limiting workspace membership to appropriate users, and avoiding submission of secrets or sensitive information that the Services are not intended to process.
Retention
We retain personal information and workspace content for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, manage customer accounts, support the closed beta or launch process, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate backups or logs. Retention periods vary by data type and context. AI audit records include an expiration timestamp currently designed for approximately 90 days after creation. Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information may be retained longer.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Third-Party Links And Integrations
The Services may link to third-party websites or services, including documentation, payment pages, email links, and customer-provided links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when this policy was last revised. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate, such as by updating the policy, posting a notice in the Services, or contacting affected customers or users.
